01.About Me

I am a Support Surveillance at PT DUA EMPAT TUJUH for the Telkomsel OCS application, experienced in system monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and team coordination. Additionally, I have basic experience in web development, particularly in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript technologies to build responsive and functional web interfaces. I am accustomed to working with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and ensuring services run optimally according to SLA standards.

02.Where I’ve Worked

PT Dua Empat Tujuh (Solusi 247)

June 2023 - Present Support Surveillance

Provide basic technical support to the operational team and internal customers regarding OCS services.
Ensure that SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met in incident handling and service requests.
Operate monitoring tools and ticketing systems according to operational procedures.
Handle and analyze incidents and alarms related to the charging system in real-time.
Conduct daily monitoring of the OCS system to ensure services are running normally and stably.
Coordinate with internal and external teams for customer service disruption handling.
Escalate issues to the L2/L3 team or related vendors if issues are found that cannot be resolved at the L1 level.
Perform initial checks (first troubleshooting) on the OCS system before escalation.
Document every incident and the solutions that have been applied for future reference.
